U.S. Researchers Develop Needle Simulator for Medical Training


          Researchers at the Pennsylvania State University (PSU) in the United States of America have created a low-cost needle simulator that trains doctors to perform complex and delicate medical procedures. The handheld simulator is intended to provide an alternative for existing training approaches involving mannequins, which are expensive and are incapable of imitating all kinds of patients or settings.
